The Enoteca di Piazza doesn’t accept any claims after five days from receipt of the goods. If the shipment arrives damaged please, mail us immediately photos of the damaged items and in and out packaging and keep all till you will receive the replacement.
If then content of this shipment(s) includes alcoholic beverages, I will comply with all local state tax, liquor rules and regulations.
The insurance of Enoteca di Piazza and / or its shipping affiliates covers the lost of the wines and will repay every bottles that will eventually arrive broken. All the bottles with labels stained from wine don’t will be refunded. If the customer is interested to buy again the bottles stained we will pay for him the cost for reshipping.
The wine store is not responsible for the preservation of the wine during the transport and after the delivery.
Enoteca di Piazza and/or its shipping affiliates are not responsible for the following:
• Damage to goods caused by weather conditions and other Act of God
• Delays due to security clearances or Customs producers.
If the recipient will be absent, after 3 attempts the wine will come back to us and the cost of reshipment will be charged to the recipient and not to Enoteca di Piazza

Con la presente certifico e accetto quanto segue:
Enoteca di Piazza non accetta reclami trascorsi cinque giorni dal ricevimento della merce. Se la spedizione arriva danneggiata, per favore, inviaci immediatamente le foto degli articoli danneggiati e l'imballaggio dentro e fuori e conserva tutto fino a quando non riceverai la sostituzione.
Se il contenuto di questa/e spedizione/i include bevande alcoliche, rispetterò tutte le tasse statali locali, le norme e i regolamenti sugli alcolici.
L'assicurazione di Enoteca di Piazza e/o dei suoi spedizionieri convenzionati copre la perdita dei vini e rimborserà ogni bottiglia che eventualmente arriverà rotta. Tutte le bottiglie con etichette macchiate di vino non verranno rimborsate. Se il cliente è interessato a riacquistare le bottiglie macchiate gli pagheremo il costo per la rispedizione.
L'enoteca non è responsabile della conservazione del vino durante il trasporto e dopo la consegna.
Enoteca di Piazza e/o le sue affiliate di spedizione non sono responsabili per quanto segue:
- Danni alle merci causati da condizioni atmosferiche e altre cause di forza maggiore
- Ritardi dovuti a nulla osta di sicurezza o produttori doganali.
Se il destinatario sarà assente, dopo 3 tentativi il vino tornerà da noi e le spese di rispedizione saranno addebitate al destinatario e non all'Enoteca di Piazza
